"Spoke with Stacey on 8/20/26. Was needing to check current coverages against coverage being offered by another insurance company. Stacey had me forward the proposed coverages to be compared with my current coverage. During comparison it proved that the proposed rates were not quite the same and some coverages were missing from what I currently had with State Farm. Stacey offered excellent advice and we were able to make changes on my current policy that ended up making it the best option. Bottom line: I'm staying with State Farm and definitely with the Mesa office."

"Let me tell you, when you have a disaster and you immediately are fearful because you hear all of these horror stories about dealing with insurance. This was NOT our experience with State farm.
State farm was our saving Grace. We had a home flood and had to move into a hotel. State farm paid immediately. They were truly wonderful, very helpful through the whole experience.
And now we are dealing with car issues and I called State farm and they were very helpful in helping us select a towing company and answering all of our questions and just being very, very helpful. I'm so grateful to have State farm on our side when we are dealing with catastrophes.
I haven't even wanted to shop around and see if we could get more affordable insurance because the customer service that we have experienced in this past year has been excellent and I just am so grateful to them that I want to give them our business."
